Meredith takes great pride in providing excellent legal representation to those in need throughout Washington. Originally from Seattle, she is very familiar with the local courts and makes an ongoing effort to keep up with the latest case law.
Meredith attended Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice. She then went on to attend Cooley Law School in Michigan. She has been continually involved with the Washington State Bar Association since passing the bar. As a part of the Young Lawyers Division of the WSBA, she helped plan continuing legal education seminars for new lawyers. Meredith was honored to be chosen as a member of the Board of Bar Examiners in 2010 and has been contributing for the last six years to the content and questions on the bar exam.
Always searching for a challenge, Meredith worked as a public defender for several years in Everett before transitioning into private practice. This work provided excellent trial experience and great motion practice on a daily basis. Meredith was one of the co-founders of the Community Justice Alternative Court, an option for defendants to use community resources as an alternative to jail time.
In her free time Meredith likes to spend time out with her husband and family. She can be found walking Green Lake with her dogs or working on the next house project.
Meredith's Personal Philosophy Every criminal case is different and should be treated as such. The best
thing you can do if you are facing charges is to contact an attorney immediately.
You should meet with several people and find the person you feel the most
comfortable with. An attorney should be your advocate and top advisor.
Meredith will take the time to hear your story and help create the best
possible solution for you unique situation.
